A Complete Application Includes:

• General Info (name, age, years of training and city of residence)
• Video Audition (see our audition requirements)
• Which program you wish to attend
• Any additional information about your current and past dance training

Dancers 15+ may apply to receive half-off tuition if chosen to be an Elevate Assistant, please include info required.
